FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
How Much Brake Fluid Do I Need to Flush/Fill My Car?
That's a great question and one we get all the time. If you will be doing your own fluid flush/fill and you will be changing from another fluid to RT700, we recommend purchasing 3 bottles. A typical automotive brake system with ABS has approximately 500-750mL of brake fluid in it. An experienced mechanic can typically perform a flush/fill with just 1 liter (2 bottles) of RT700 brake fluid. However, most of us are not quite as skilled or experienced as the technician doing it 40 hours a week. You would hate to be almost done with doing your flush/fill and run out of RT700 just before you finished topping off the reservoir. So even if you are pretty certain you can do the flush/fill with just 2 bottles, grab a 3rd just in case.
Why is your RT700 truly the best brake fluid?
Not only is our RT700 best for racing due to it's compression free characteristic, it's DOT 4 so you can drive straight from the track back to the street! We also have one of the highest reserve alkalinity rating so our brake fluid aren't just durable lap after lap, it's long lasting with the slowest degradation. Truly performance you can feel!
